Dietary supplements, botanical capsules, plant-derived extracts, and general daily vitality wellness goods intended strictly for nutritional support. Item descriptions indicate formulation contents, serving amounts, and product formats. Imagery serves reference purposes; container appearance may vary marginally.

3. Ordering and contract

An order submission occurs upon finishing the checkout procedure. We verify receipt by email; a binding sales agreement is formalized upon physical parcel dispatch. We reserve the right to cancel an order if inventory is exhausted or order data fails validation, issuing a full refund in such instances.

4. Prices and payment

Product amounts are designated in EUR and include value-added tax where mandated. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout prior to final transaction confirmation. Accepted payment options: Cash on delivery, Bank transfer. Should a clerical pricing error occur, we reserve the right to rectify it prior to shipment, giving you the choice to reconfirm or cancel the transaction.

5. Delivery

Specific transport methods, dispatch schedules, and postage fees appear on the Delivery and Payment page. Responsibility for the parcels transfers to the customer upon physical receipt.

6. Product images and colours

Photographs display actual inventory prepared in our facility. Visual tone varies according to screen settings, web software, and ambient lighting; minor chromatic variation does not constitute a defect, return justification, or basis for compensation. Net weights, botanical ingredients, and mineral specifications are itemized on each product listing.

7. Transfer of risk

We retain liability for your parcel until physical handoff by the carrier to you or your designated recipient at the stated shipping address. Liability for damage or loss shifts to you at that precise point. Note any external shipping damage with the delivery driver and notify our team within 48 hours.

8. Returns and warranty

Items may be returned within 30 days of receipt pursuant to instructions on the Returns page. Sideris Botanica provides statutory conformity guarantees under Greek consumer protection legislation (Law 2251/1994) ensuring products meet manufacturing standards, retain safety seals, and conform to the stated expiration date when stored in cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight.

• Custom-tailored dietary formulation bundles or bespoke nutritional packages.
• Perishable items or products with short shelf life requiring temperature-controlled handling.
• Dietary supplements and consumable wellness items whose protective inner foil or outer seal has been opened after delivery, due to health protection and hygiene grounds.
• Items that have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.
• Sealed goods unsealed by the consumer that cannot be returned for biological safety reasons.

9. Liability

The total legal liability of Sideris Botanica I.K.E. for any claim arising from order fulfillment or product delivery shall not exceed €100 or the total order value paid by the customer, whichever is lower. Nothing within these provisions restricts statutory liability that applicable statutes prohibit excluding.

10. Age and use

Purchasers must have reached a minimum age of 18 years. Botanical supplements must be taken strictly according to package directions and do not replace professional medical diagnosis or treatment.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Greece, with the courts of Athens holding exclusive jurisdiction over any legal dispute. Should direct communication fail to resolve a claim, jurisdiction falls to the court having competence over our registered seat, without limiting statutory consumer protections granted by your local jurisdiction.
