Couriers deliver directly to your apartment door regardless of whether your building has an elevator. If your building has a secure outer gate, the courier rings your intercom or calls your mobile number upon arrival. You can verify the parcel condition before signing.

You may return your item within 30 days of delivery provided the jar remains unused, unopened, and in its original sealed box. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the package was damaged or incorrect. Contact our Kalamaria team with your order reference to arrange the return address.

You can select cash on delivery at checkout to pay the courier driver directly in cash when your parcel arrives. We also accept direct bank transfer before dispatch if you prefer electronic settlement. No payment cards or card machines are used on this site.

We provide standard retail receipts and commercial tax invoices for registered business entities upon request. Simply enter your company name, tax registration number, and billing address during checkout or email our team immediately after placing the order. The tax document is sent via email and included inside the parcel.
